I work primarily with first responders who are impacted by trauma, post-traumatic stress (injury or disorder), anxiety, depression, critical incident stress, and cumulative job-related stress. Many experience intrusive images, heightened reactivity, sleep disruption, or emotional shutdown. My clients are goal-oriented and want more than symptom management. Our treatment will focus on eliminating distressing images and resolving the lasting effects of trauma so you can regain stability, clarity, and control of you life.

My work targets the root of distress—reducing intrusive images, emotional reactivity, and the physiological impacts of chronic stress.
