I work with adults and couples navigating trauma, complex PTSD, attachment concerns, anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, identity, and relationship issues. My approach is trauma-informed and relational, based on a belief that healing happens through connection. I integrate EMDR, creativity, attachment work, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
