*ASK ME ABOUT NEUROFEEDBACK* Life sometimes create obstacles that are seemingly impossible to overcome. At times this may feel frustrating and defeating. Yet, while relationships can be overwhelming, they can also serve as a source of great strength. My goal is to provide a safe space for clients to share the challenges they experience through a relational-focused approach. I am passionate about "relationshifts" that promote mental health and wellness by primarily applying a solution-focused lens.
Extensive training in communication patterns, conflict resolution, and trauma-informed counseling enables me to help clients better recognize negative feedback loops fueled by conflict-prone and problematic interactions. With a focus on social and emotional well-being, a goal is to improve self-awareness, social-awareness, and relationship building skills.
Clients are empowered to develop more positive and effective communication skills and improve relationships in their lives. The results are a better understanding of presenting problems and change in relational interactions.
