I offer autism and ADHD testing and diagnosis for kids, teens, and adults in Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA. As a late-diagnosed autistic provider, I specialize in neuro-affirming evaluations for high-masking adults, queer/female individuals, and others who've been overlooked by traditional diagnostic processes. Short waitlists and fast report turnaround times make assessment quick and efficient, and I include extensive recommendations and support resources to help you learn how to better work with your brain.

Many people seek an assessment due to: Relationship challenges and communication differences Burnout from masking autistic traits Self-discovery after a family member's diagnosis Needing documentation for workplace accommodations I offer in-depth autism diagnostic evaluations using gold-standard assessment tools including the MIGDAS-2 interview.

The assessment process typically takes 6-8 hours across multiple sessions and results in a comprehensive written report including extensive support and resource recommendations. How long does the assessment take? A comprehensive autism/ADHD evaluation takes 6-8 hours total, usually completed over 2-3 appointments scheduled over 2-4 weeks. Do you diagnose autism in adults who weren't diagnosed as children? Yes! Many of my clients are adults seeking their first evaluation. We especially welcome AFAB individuals, women, queer folks, and people of color who are often overlooked in traditional autism spaces. Our monthly meetings provide peer support, resource sharing, and community for autistic adults navigating unmasking, sensory needs, workplace accommodations, and life after late diagnosis.
