About
I am dedicated to coming alongside women to provide guidance and support that is holistic, loving, free of judgment, and grounded in psychological research and theory. Who you invite onto your journey can significantly shape your healing. My goal is to create a warm therapeutic relationship where you feel safe, understood, and can connect with the healing that lies within you. You set the goals, and together we illuminate the path to help you reach them. Whether it is stress, anxiety, depression, grief, or trauma that brings you to this page, you want change, and this is a beautiful first step.
Having traveled extensively to serve communities experiencing significant crises, and having walked my own healing journey, I deeply believe people can heal and discover internal resources to live the lives they desire. I appreciate culture, identity and support the beautiful uniqueness of humanity.
Having a therapist that you feel comfortable with is life-changing. I welcome questions and conversation as you make this decision. Please reach out. Life can be much brighter!
