I provide eclectic Christian-integrated life coaching, couples, marriage, relationship, anger, anxiety, depression, and grief therapeutic solutions to a diverse clientele in a"safe, trusted & confidential" environment. My clients are local, regional and global! Many seek to improve their stress management, coping skills, work-life balance and emotional stability. Others want "inner healing" from myriad crisis situations. I also coach clients seeking direction, transformation and accountability. PLUS, I help clients self-discover their core values, destiny, life purpose, sense of worth, creativity and untapped potential.

I provide a safe and confidential environment for my clients who are in crisis. They value my therapeutic sessions because my communication style is not only warm, caring, ethical, and empathic, but also practical, purpose-driven, growth-oriented, transformational and compassionate. As an eclectic clinician I offer immense diversity in practitioner skills.

L.E.A.P.S. provides professional coaching and therapeutic services for a culturally diverse global community. At the corpus of our company's philosophy is a wholistic approach that encompasses life enrichment, transformation, regeneration, and restoration. Relationship & Communication Skills Development

One of my mentors Dr. James Petersen deposits over forty years of cumulative counseling and pastoral experience in his book entitled Why Don't We Listen Better. His thesis reveals "how powerful good communication can be as a relationship tool" (p. 4). In short, healthy thinking can have a positive impact on one's emotions and actions, while unhealthy thinking results in negative emotions and actions. Reducing emotional disturbances, clarity of thought, increasing self-confidence, and building supportive relationships are some of the key benefits derived from my relational and interpersonal development group training sessions.

Crisis, Trauma & Grief Group Psychotherapy

Developing resilience from crisis or trauma requires above average commitment, a secure self-concept, and a purpose-driven philosophical approach to life. According to Wright (2011) "When youth are disillusioned by a crisis, they need to reestablish commitment bonds, increase their self-esteem and find purpose in life" (p. 403). Likewise, Floyd (2008) contends, "Identity development is thus a central task of adolescents, and it may be affected when a teen experiences a crisis or trauma" (p. 210). The foregoing nuances form some salient pillars to my group therapeutic sessions for both adolescent and adult communities
