I have a deep understanding of the challenge individuals, families, and children face on a daily basis. My passion for breaking the stigma in mental health, ability to be empathetic and help others allows clients to feel a sense of belonging, be courageous, and recognize who they were, where they are now, and where they are going in order to move to the next level.
As an experienced professional school counselor and licensed professional counselor, I assist children, adolescents, and adults identify and conquer their negative thinking patterns in order to develop appropriate skills. I utilize the best approach that fits the needs of the client ranging from cognitive behavioral techniques to faith-based counseling.
I provide a safe, caring, and compassionate environment that allows you to grow without judgment. My goal for clients is to improve their quality of life and mental health.
