I also use emotionally focused couple therapy (EFT) to promote connection and safety with those that matter most to you. I may integrate mindfulness as well to help you live more in the present and relate more skillfully to your emotions and thoughts so you make better choices. I also publish in professional journals and magazines and present at conferences.
Emotional wounds can be akin to physical ones; treatable. EMDR can work quickly, sometimes at a seemingly "impossible" pace. I work with a range of diverse clients.
