Dr. Heather's "Wellness For The Mind" Coaching Program is an integrative, functional wellness approach where the entire mind-body interaction will be assessed. As a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP), Dr. Heather approaches coaching with the mindset of what we think affects the body AND what we do with our body impacts our mind (sleep, nutrition, and movement). This wellness coaching experience is rooted in the latest research and practices in neuroscience which will guide the tools that we will co-create together for a healthy mind-body dynamic.
Dr. Heather works with clients between the ages of 16 through the young adult years. Wellness For The Mind Coaching is ideal for adolescents, college students, and young adults who often feel sad, hopeless, alone, worried, anxious, exhausted, overwhelmed, foggy, etc. All sessions will be virtual using a HIPPA compliant platform.
Wellness For The Mind coaching is most effective when clients are self-motivated to attend their sessions (without coercion from others), are open to the exploration exercises, and are committed to making changes in their thinking, world-views, and behaviors. Journaling will be an essential component to this coaching journey.
