Now accepting new clients. Next day appointments available. Calls and emails returned personally same day. Affordable personalized care in a private, suburban setting. Clients come in feeling overwhelmed. As we talk, perspectives shift, resources are identified and we develop a plan. I celebrate diversity and inclusion. Specializing in life transitions: graduation, career planning, pregnancy and family, sudden or chronic illness, retirement and grieving. I've worked in health care and emergency settings, so I understand medical and nursing professionals and first responders. It takes courage to ask for help. Give me a call.
Clients bring a wide range of concerns including exposure to trauma, addictive behaviors, relationship issues, and goals for improving health or life work balance. Sometimes people struggle with anxiety, anger management, self-acceptance, stress or depression. Our work is to understand the cause of difficulties and develop a plan for change.
Fee: 145 $ per session (60 minutes). My fee is not just for time spent in session. This is a concierge practice. (see website for details). www.drfranpsyd.org You have access to my private email, phone and text . I don't accept insurance, however many clients receive reimbursement with out of network benefits. Ask me about the advantages of self pay.

Groups
Ongoing Recovery Support and LGBTQ+ Interests

Community is vital for mental health. Groups can be extremely powerful and offer a cost affordable alternative to individual work. I'm currently forming a recovery group, and a group that focuses on LGBTQ+ concerns. After a brief screening we will see if group may be a good fit for you. You may choose to combine group therapy with individual sessions. Let's see what we can accomplish when we gather together. If you're interested in group therapy, give me a call.
