As a licensed clinical psychologist and over 10 years of experience, I am dedicated to supporting individuals and families through the perinatal period. I am a certified perinatal mental health specialist (PMH-C), and my approach is integrative, gentle, and effective. By incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, I create a warm, approachable, and validating space for my clients.
