I lead a private practice focused on psychodynamic and depth-informed psychotherapy and family-based play therapy. I am passionate about improving the quality of care provided to children, young adults, and their families. I am also committed to addressing professional burnout and enhancing therapist wellness. My goal is to contribute to the advancement of therapeutic methods and the professional development of my peers, creating a community of therapists equipped to guide others toward more fulfilling lives.
