Welcome! I'm glad you're here. I specialize in individual and couples therapy, offering a warm, empathetic, and client-centered environment where your answers can begin to unfold. Together, we’ll build coping strategies to help manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I also provide Rapid Trauma Resolution Therapy, as well as IQ and personality assessments to support parents, teens, and individuals in gaining deeper self-awareness and clarity for goal setting and problem solving. Additional areas of support include emotional support animal letters, as well as guidance around career, identity, and spirituality.
My approach is all about you—your goals, your pace, and what feels right for you. I often use tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you understand and shift thought patterns that may be holding you back. I also offer support with relationship challenges, personality and IQ assessments, and any spiritual concerns you may want to explore.
