I'm a deeply caring, compassionate, and personable licensed psychologist with experience treating anxiety, panic, depression, relationship problems, and stress. I also have specialized training in mindfulness-based therapies (e.g., ACT), the mind-body connection, and frequently work with many clients struggling with stress-related physical problems. My clients range across the lifespan from college students and young professionals to older adults.
