An ideal candidate for my work functions independently; is not violent, suicidal, or in life-threatening crisis; invites reflection and is willing to make behavioral changes to feel better, for example using breathing or time in nature to reset stressed bodies. I do not accept insurance. Payment due each session.
Insight oriented psychotherapy is not a crisis therapy. I do not provide trauma "first response" or crisis intervention. If you are experiencing immediate crisis please seek community crisis intervention services. If I do not return your call within 48 hours I am unable to provide services at the time of your call.
