Are you seeking to be more present and find greater balance in your daily life? It can feel overwhelming to navigate life changes or challenges related to stress, anxiety, worry, confidence, grief, and loss -- but reaching out can help. As a licensed psychologist, I provide individual psychotherapy to adults who are motivated to take active steps toward positive change. I aim to help individuals to connect with their innate strength, better understand how their past experiences may influence current patterns, and develop strategies to move toward their goals with increased empowerment, clarity, and intention.

My approach is warm, empathic, and collaborative, and I believe that a supportive, non-judgmental therapeutic relationship can lead toward growth. I tailor my approach to fit the unique needs of each individual, and often integrate a focus on mindfulness and self-compassion when that may be helpful.

Since 2010, I have provided psychotherapy in a variety of settings. In addition to my current psychotherapy practice, I also work as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Psychology at Salem State University and as a Registered Yoga Teacher. I invite you to call to discuss the possibility of scheduling an initial appointment.
