Sometimes we seek change and sometimes it blindsides us. Globally and locally, we are destabilized by the COVID-19 pandemic. Depth oriented therapy reaches beyond the surface stress to the core of your particular challenges. It can make a difference in your relationships and in living creatively. In sessions, we explore what matters most to you and emphasize ways to connect to your sense of purpose. This kind of inner work can strengthen your resilience for a lifetime.
If you are open to looking at things from different perspectives, we can navigate the complexities of these times together. I have openings for clients who are motivated and can work online. You'll need privacy, a tablet/computer, and strong internet.
I am committed to helping people take steps toward greater emotional balance and resilience. Our therapeutic work can be brief or long-term. Many insurances companies are now reimbursing for telehealth across state lines due to the increased needs of COVID-19.

Dr. Cynthia Anne Hale's Groups

Dream Group for Therapists Closed

This monthly Dream Group for psychotherapists will reconvene in the fall with limited openings for new members. The focus I facilitate is to relate more consciously to how our dreams affect us in waking life, including our clinical and creative work. Rather than dream analysis, the group is experiential, using the methodology of embodied imagination that was pioneered by Jungian analyst Robert Bosnak. No experience necessary but commitment to dream work is essential. Nurture your own depth. Your clients and your creativity will benefit as well.

Depth Supervision/Case Consultation Group Closed

FOR PRACTICING THERAPISTS: I have gathered a warm and supportive group to regularly reflect upon clinical work from a depth perspective that is based in analytic psychology. To engage with multiple levels of awareness through case presentations and discussions, we will: *Attune to the subtle and yet powerful dimensions of psychotherapy *Develop practical skills *Explore how dreams and embodied awareness can inform our work *Practice ongoing self-reflection *Tend the connection between your clinical work and creative energy. If you are interested, please contact me to discuss any questions as well as your clinical interests and background: CynthiaHale@imaginalways.com
