I will assist you with developing a plan for working through the past or current situations that are hindering your progress in life, so that you can begin to function more effectively, and thrive.
As a multicultural therapist, I enjoy working with clients from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds. My clients also present with a variety of faiths--Christianity, Sikhism, Buddhism, Hinduism, and others. I appreciate diversity and consider each client's unique values, beliefs, experiences, identities, and strengths, during their journey toward healing.
As an integrative therapist, I am primarily cognitive-behavioral (CBT) and psychodynamic in orientation. I provide teletherapy services for residents throughout the state of California, via a secure, HIPAA-Compliant portal.
