I am here to make the experiences of therapy and life coaching extremely easy and comfortable for you. I help individuals and couples that may be feeling stuck, lost, or confused find their way again and overcome obstacles that may be getting in their way. Together, we will identify patterns in your life that you would like to change and develop the skills necessary to change them. My background includes working with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, family conflict, estrangement/no contact, parenting, perinatal and postnatal mental health, and difficulty with self esteem.
I work with individuals, couples, and families using a strengths based/collaborative process. I use several therapeutic approaches including interpersonal process therapy, cognitive behavioral, and family systems. I am flexible in my techniques and cater them to the individual needs of my clients.
I offer groups and events to complement the work my clients are doing in therapy and coaching. I provide referrals to appropriate outside supports when needed and can help you navigate your next steps if you are feeling lost or confused on where to begin. New Mom Support Group
Becoming a new mom is one of the most beautiful yet challenging transitions in life. Our 6-week in person support group is designed to help first-time moms connect, feel supported, and navigate the early stages of motherhood with confidence and care. Led by a licensed mental health clinician, this weekly group offers a safe and welcoming space to share your experience and emotions, ask questions and receive guidance, build community with other moms, and learn coping strategies for stress, anxiety, and adjusting to motherhood. You’re not alone, come find the support you deserve!
