My ideal clients are men, couples, adolescents, and adults who are ready to move beyond managing life's challenges alone and work toward meaningful change. They often come to me struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, identity questions, or concerns about meaning and purpose. What I value about my work is creating a space where you can show up as you are—authentic, heard, and genuinely respected. Together, we'll explore what's holding you back and build the practical skills and understanding you need to move forward.
