I begin by getting to know my client's unique life experience, beliefs, concerns, and behaviors. We then work together to identify, challenge and discard self-limiting beliefs and behaviors, and help them choose more constructive beliefs and behaviors that produce positive life outcomes.
I am a Doctor of Clinical Social Work specializing in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and many other interventions necessary to help my clients transform their lives.
My private practice is focused on helping individuals of all ages who are experiencing life transitions, trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, reduce their symptoms and meet their therapy goals.
