Life stressors are very high for many people these days. If you are seeking emotional support and help with processing your thoughts and feelings, feel free to reach out to me. I will focus on building a connection with you to understand the reasons for your suffering and work together to help you feel better. The majority of my 25 years of clinical experience has been in the correctional setting treating both adults and teenagers.
I am a clinical psychologist with an integrative approach. I focus on the clinical relationship and draw upon person-centered, solutions-focus and cognitive-behavioral theories. I will help you identify areas of suffering, including maladaptive thought patterns and current life stressors in an effort to help you improve your overall well-being.
Sometimes it helps to talk to someone besides your loved ones or friends, someone who will have a more objective and professional look at your situation/problems. These days, many people are said to be more isolated, lonely and anxious due to circumstances beyond their control. I understand and want you to know that you do not have to feel alone.
