Relationships, diagnosis, loss, life and career changes, or wanting to live a less conventional life can create anxiety, times of inner and outer disruption, and a need for support, clarity, and calm spaces. Ask yourself, "Am I recognizable to myself? If so, how? If not, what can we notice about this and shift?" We can ask the same about our relationships. This is, in part what spiritual counseling can help sort, stepping gently, kindly, curiously into the core of your unique needs and design. Who are you now? Now that your world is this, or your body is that, or your view has shifted, or your life has changed? How does this ripple?
Let's become curious. I am an interfaith spiritual director and counselor with a focus on grief, loss, transitions, relationships, also LGBTQA+ community. Interfaith means I have no spiritual agenda. It's your spiritual wholeness and questioning that allows us to ground and explore who you are now, what you most value, and sort the noise into calm focus.
I welcome you as you are. In my 30 years of experiences and varied skills, I have many strategies to walk with you toward your goals as an individual, within your relationship, understanding grief, loss, or end of life care planning, and clarifying your next steps in feeling whole, grounded, connected.
