Hello, thanks for visiting. I'm a licensed psychologist with 15+ years experience helping individuals develop self-esteem and build healthy relationships. I believe that the root of present struggles trace back to our earliest relationships. As innocent children, we relied heavily on caretakers to keep us safe and teach us how to navigate the unpredictable world. How we were treated, messages we received, what we learned and didn’t learn about managing emotions are some things that impact ways we deal with challenges. When we lack effective tools to deal with difficulty, our relationships and personal achievement suffers.

Through insight-driven discussions, we will work to identify your current problems, explore the roots of your struggles, and make sense of the ways unresolved wounds from your past could be showing up today. Ultimately, the goal is for you to understand yourself so well that you will make decisions and engage in relationships with clarity and purpose.

Therapy with me is "doing the work".
