I am passionate about helping people break through and identify patterns that cover up their true Self and their gifts. Often people find themselves stuck, struggling with depression, anxiety, and/or addiction, continually repeating behaviors or unfulfilling relationships at home or work. In a non-judgmental and compassionate way, it is my goal to help you uncover and transform those issues that keep you stuck and/or in pain, and learn to be curious to rediscover a more loving Self.
With an innovative and supportive approach to therapy, I utilize my own life experiences, depth psychology, and many years of real-world experience as an entertainment business executive, to help you realize effective and meaningful change.
I work with a diverse population of people of all ages, with a variety of issues, including complex stages of grief, trauma, addiction, and interpersonal (relational). For those interested, I also provide clinical hypnosis for smoking cessation, test anxiety, eating and weight issues, sleep, and integration with Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy.
