Many of the people I work with feel emotionally overwhelmed, stretched thin by work, relationships, parenting, or caregiving, and unsure why familiar patterns keep repeating. Some feel disconnected from themselves, their partners, or their sense of desire despite loving their families. I help clients slow down, understand emotional and relational patterns, and regain clarity so they can move forward with intention.
Alongside clinical training, I bring lived experience—long-term marriage (20+ years), raising 3 children, and navigating how identity, intimacy, and desire shift over time.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and clinical sexologist. My work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. I provide psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families, and teens, tailoring the work to each client rather than following a one-size-fits-all model.
