Do you find yourself overthinking relationships, questioning your worth, or feeling anxious about how others see you? You may notice the same relationship patterns repeating, struggle to set boundaries or constantly second-guess yourself. Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware adults who appear successful on the outside yet feel anxious, disconnected, or stuck in repeating relationship patterns rooted in earlier experiences. My work focuses on Millennials and Gen Z adults who want to heal relationship patterns, process past trauma, and develop a stronger sense of identity, self-trust, and emotional security in relationships.
Together, we explore the deeper patterns shaping how you relate to yourself and others. Using relational, somatic, and trauma-informed approaches, we look at how past experiences influence present relationships and self-confidence so you can feel more grounded, set healthier boundaries, and build secure connections.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you're used to figuring things out on your own. Over time, many clients feel more grounded, more confident in their boundaries, and better able to create relationships that feel secure and authentic. Finding the right therapist matters, and the connection should feel like a good fit.

Groups
Early Career Consultation Community
My intention for this group is to create a space where early career professionals or those in the mental health field who are considering a transition into private practice can come together and support one another. I often hear that private practice can feel lonely or overwhelming at times. This led me to create a consultation team that you can rely on as a supportive community, celebrate one another, work through challenges, brainstorm, and develop friendships together. If you’re interested in becoming a part of this consultation community, please reach out and we can chat more about the opportunity!
