Dr. Anastasia Williams
Clinical Social Work/Therapist, DSW, MSW, LCSW
Is there a voice inside your head that whispers messages of sadness, loneliness, rejection, fear, and stress? Do you feel like nobody understands or nobody cares? If the answer to these questions are yes, you've come to the right place. I’m Anastasia Williams and I’m a licensed psychotherapist…but you might also call me a “hope dealer.” I specialize in creating safe spaces to support people in releasing pain and hurt so that they can feel empowered and energized to thrive.
I help singles with that essential self-work that’s necessary for loving yourself, resolving past traumatic experiences, getting rid of that annoying voice that feeds you defeating thoughts, and living a healthier life. I help couples with resolving conflict, building trust, and restoring/learning healthy productive communication.
I love working with people, whether it’s moving through your season of self work or strengthening your bond as a couple, I look forward to helping you on this journey to a healthy and positive you. Currently, I am not accepting new clients.
