In sessions, we’ll track what shows up in real time—thoughts, body cues, triggers, and protective relationship patterns. With EMDR (gently, at your pace), we’ll process what your brain still tags as “now,” so reactions soften and take up less space. Then we rebuild self-trust and boundaries, step by step.
