By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
I provide individual counseling to adults and college students. I welcome all clients and use various approaches to therapy. EMDR is one of my specialities and I offer it as a standalone therapy as well as in tandem with regular therapy as well.
