The goal is to empower you and allow you to let go of anger, hurt and pain, thereby enabling you to feel in control of your life, your energy and your relationships. I'll help you utilize tools for grounding, self love, compassion, patience, acceptance, and letting go of judgement. My approach is eclectic using everything from CBT and EMDR to Energy Reading and Tarrot. I'd love to meet you!
I help by listening deeply and intuitively, processing trauma or stuck energy (anger, guilt, shame, fear), and releasing and rebuilding you're awareness, understanding and energy now, rather than needing things to change externally in order for you to be happy.
