I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, or life transitions, especially those navigating cultural or family pressures. Many come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start. As a Latino psychotherapist, I provide a safe, supportive space where we explore emotions, strengthen coping skills, and create lasting change. Together, we’ll reduce anxiety and depression, improve communication, and help you gain confidence, clarity, and balance in your life, relationships, and daily choices.
With 14+ years helping adults and couples, I treat trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I use Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFTC), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients process emotions, strengthen connections, and develop practical skills for lasting change.
Fluent in Spanish and English, I understand Hispanic cultural needs and provide a safe, supportive space to process trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges. I help clients build confidence and personal growth, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and also conduct Immigration Evaluations to support legal and personal transitions.
