I am experienced working with adults/parents, youth, and children in school, home and in the office setting for over 11 years. My practice includes treating individuals with trauma, anxiety, and depressive disorders, anger and stress management, self-esteem, and parent & adolescent issues. I would like to work with you to address these challenges.
I am fluent in Spanish and English and I am competent in Hispanic cultural needs. I offer my clients a safe space to process prior trauma, address current challenges, and future plan to be the most successful possible and becoming your best self.
