About
Are you feeling stuck? Does your life feel overwhelming? Are you having a difficult time coping? I would like to support you in leading a fuller and more meaningful existence. As your therapist, I will help you cope more effectively with your problems by challenging your routine thought processes, identifying typical response patterns, and learning effective ways of behaving. You can expect to discover new insights about yourself and feel empowered to make changes that align with your values. The eventual goal is for you to translate what you learn in therapy into daily living, and find healing amidst adversity.
I provide psychotherapy to adult individuals, couples, and groups, with Panic Disorder, Depressive Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Impulse-Control Disorders, Grief, Infertility/Adoption, Relational Issues, and more.
I primarily use evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Process Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Gottman Methods. My therapeutic approach is warm, engaging, respectful, and impactful towards positive change.
