Our Team
Many of my clients are emerging from relational trauma, attachment wounds, or need to work on self esteem, identity, and establishing healthy boundaries. I take an integrative, attachment-informed approach, and combine pattern identification with practical solution-focused interventions. Let's work together to help you feel more in tune with yourself, those you're in relationships with, and use any discomfort as motivation to work towards feeling joy again and building the life you want! I have a few spots opening up soon! Reach out and let's see if we're a fit over a free 15 minute consult call.

Life can feel pretty overwhelming at times, and I specialize in helping older teens (16+) and adults navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, past trauma, grief, identity questions, and life transitions. I really enjoy working with college students who may be seeking direction, purpose, or support during a pivotal season of life. My counseling style is gentle, person-centered, and rooted in creating a safe, compassionate space where you feel truly heard and understood. Together, we’ll process your story, understand what’s been holding you back, and move toward healing, growth, and a life that feels authentic and hopeful to you.

I work with individuals who are ready to better understand themselves, heal from difficult experiences, and create meaningful change in their lives. Many clients come to therapy looking for a safe space to process what they’ve been through and find a way to move forward with greater meaning, clarity, and self-compassion. I also have a special interest in walking alongside women as they navigate women’s issues, relationship challenges, and experiences that may impact their sense of self. Together, we can work toward making sense of your experiences, building healthier ways of coping, and creating change that feels authentic to you.

I am currently a graduate-level counseling intern at Walden University, completing my supervised clinical training under the direction of Jocelyn Cadiz, LPC.
You may be seeking therapy because your body is starting to signal that something is off—chronic tension, fatigue, panic, shutdown, anxiety, nightmares, numbness, restlessness, or other stress responses that won’t go away. You want to feel grounded, confident, and connected again—to your emotions, your relationships, and yourself.
