At Dove Counseling Services, we work with individuals, couples, and families who are seeking support, clarity, and meaningful change in their lives. Many of our clients come to us feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating relationship challenges, processing past experiences, or going through life transitions. Some are simply looking to better understand themselves and build healthier ways of coping and connecting.

I elicit hope when the world seems hopeless. My approach is to develop a therapeutic relationship where authenticity is encouraged in a compassionate, judgement free space. The clients I work with all want to move toward a happier, healthier life. Children want the freedom to simply be kids by overcoming the challenges standing in their way. Adolescents seek purpose, confidence, and direction for their future. Families want to reduce stress and strengthen their connections. Couples strive to rebuild trust, improve communication, and feel united. Adults seek greater peace, fulfillment, and balance in their lives.

I offer also to bring music therapy to sessions, especially when emotions become "too much" or we cant seem to find the right words for how we are feeling.
