I am a professional counselor as well as a personal trainer. The link between emotional health and physical health is crucial. I have over 35 years of experience as a therapist conducting marriage/relationship, individual and group counseling. I work with children, adolescents and adults, and love helping people maneuver through life’s difficult moments.
Marriage/Relationship counseling is my favorite specialty, but I also love to help individuals get back in control of their life. Depression, anxiety, stress management, anger management, and grief counseling are all areas that I have many years of experience. I also offer Day and Overnight Couples Retreats, Stress Management and weight loss retreats.
