I've been working with clients in Siskiyou County for over 12 years. I've learned that my clients have a wide range of issues but generally speaking they look for me to help them with; parenting, family issues, dealing with public entities such as school administration, childhood and adult traumas, marital and relationship issues and addiction issues such as alcohol and drug abuse. My clients want to improve their lives so they can live with a bit less stress and a lot more happiness. Together we work to make each day a little better than the day before.
Counseling/psychotherapy is about helping someone travel their own unique path. My mentors always stressed the idea of walking that path with my client, to see what they see and help them overcome the obstacles they encounter. Whatever you may be struggling with, I'll be there walking along side you, helping you to meet your goals and progress on your path.
My neighbors in Siskiyou County work hard to make a living. I've pounded nails and worked heavy equipment. I understand the difficulties of making a living day to day. I've also had supervisory and managerial positions and served as a probation officer. My varied background allows me to connect with almost everyone that asks for my help.
