Announcement icon I am offering a secure, HIPAA compliant, free, and easy to use video or phone therapy format for my sessions during the COVID-19 pandemic.
(Not accepting therapy clients. Classes are open) Would you like to free yourself from patterns that lead to stress, conflict, and/or withdrawal from life? Are feeling challenged in dealing with anger, fear, and/or sadness? Are you dissatisfied with life and do not know why? Having the courage to admit that things are not going well is the first step to changing them. My mindfulness-based approach supports you in being less identified with habitual ways of thinking and feeling that keep you stuck in patterns that no longer work. I have helped many clients learn to be less reactive and more compassionate with themselves and others.
My approach is grounded in the mindful study of present moment experiences (thoughts, feelings, moods, body sensations). I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Gottman Method Therapy, attachment-based psychotherapy, and mindfulness-based body centered therapy
I am a seasoned therapist committed to helping you clarify and reach your goals. I welcome the opportunity to speak with you about how we can work together to increase your emotional and psychological health. I meet the requirements for supervising LCSW and LPC candidates. Please email me or give me a call. I am happy to answer questions.
