At our Exeter-based practice we provide psychotherapy and consultation for couples, families, and adults with a variety of difficulties. Whether you are struggling with individual or relational problems, we offer a caring approach for creating the most suitable plan for therapy. Relational issues and internal emotional struggles for each person are our concerns.
Our work addresses not only your presenting issues, but also the patterns of how your issues may remain stuck with few healthy resolutions. How you may have attempted to solve problems may also be part of the overall problem that is brought to therapy. We do our best to help you understand those patterns, their basis, and find ways to resolve them.
