Hello! I'm Doug, and I have a passion for working with individuals who struggle with sexual addiction or various forms of unwanted sexual behavior. I understand that these issues can be deeply personal and challenging, and I offer a non-judgmental space where you can explore and address these concerns openly. I also enjoy working with other forms of addiction, couples, and young adults. I am open to working with any client concerns for which I am qualified to provide exceptional care. I also provide spiritual Christian-based counseling upon request.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered, blending proven techniques to address the unique needs of each person I work with. I employ a range of modalities, including emotionally-focused therapy (EFT), psychodynamic approaches, and mindfulness practices, to help you achieve lasting change.
