I believe people don't need to suffer needlessly. I have close to 20 years experience, and I have worked with many people ranging from ages 10-99. I am passionate about helping individuals through a strengths-based approach. We work with the strengths you already posses to enlighten one's self and find answers to life's challenges and questions.
I believe much of life's struggles are due to some degree of trauma. I offer a judgement free zone in my practice, therefore, giving each client the level of comfort needed to begin the healing process.
