You will find me to be insightful, genuine, completely with you while in session and focused on your care in-between sessions. I work to create a calm, safe, trusting environment so that true growth can occur. I focus not only on alleviating symptoms, but strive to find the core issue(s) causing the symptoms so that growth is lasting. I recognize each person and situation is unique and tailor therapy accordingly. I work with children as young as 10 years old, teens, adults and couples.
My background encompasses more than academic and office-based therapy. For over 20 years I have worked with people from varying backgrounds in schools, camps, businesses and the medical field. This experience has allowed me to develop a unique and effective form of therapy clients can understand and apply in their every day lives.
