Sometimes they become less helpful over time, but difficult to change. If you are looking for a new direction, a better way, a new beginning, Maybe I can help. I am a licensed professional counselor certified in advanced alcohol and drug counseling. I have diverse experiences working in a variety of person-centered fields, including hospital settings, private practice and group homes.

I utilize a variety of strategies which include, CBT (Cognitive behavioral therapy), motivational interviewing, mindful/meditation strategies, and the application of unconditional positive regard for others.

One of the most important elements in therapy is the connection between therapist and client. From the safety this relationship, we look at patterns, what you want to accomplish and what’s limiting your success. With your existing strengths a path forward can be realized.
