I have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) since 2015 and have been in the helping profession for over 10 years. I like to work with individuals above the age of 15 and couples of all ages. I prefer clients who are willing to try and be honest with themselves about their needs and behaviors. I have extensive experience in trauma, crisis, anxiety, depression, parenting, and general life challenges.
I completed my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Communications from the University of Rhode Island and went on to obtain my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University in Tampa, Florida. I have been listening to people talk about their problems since I was a teenager and have been trying to offer the best advice possible.
I believe that I can work with you to help overcome almost any issue you may be having and am ready to start helping you help yourself. One of the hardest things we can do in life is ask for help, and if you are ready and have the courage to ask, I am ready, willing, and able to assist you.
