For the past 25 years I have worked with a wide range of clients ranging from children and adolescents to older adults. I have a post graduate degree in family therapy from the Ackerman Institute in New York City, the most respected family therapy training program in the country. Currently I work with folks 17 - 80 and particularly enjoy marriage counseling. I've helped individuals struggling with depression, anger issues, anxiety and the effects of past trauma.
My work with adults has focused on freeing folks from unhealthy thoughts and behaviors and guiding them through difficult stages in their lives. In my couples work, I help people develop the skillset necessary to build functional and loving relationships.
I bring to my psychotherapy practice my experience in experiential, transformative therapy and my deepest compassion for those who are suffering. I believe we all deserve and have the opportunity to be happy, regardless of the curve-balls life throws at us. I am an avid meditator, outdoorsperson, reader, father, animal and music-lover.
