I help people with anxiety disorders such as generalized anxiety disorder, "GAD", trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, "PTSD", complex post-traumatic stress disorder, "CPTSD, attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder, "ADHD", stress and obsessive-compulsive disorder, "OCD".
No one can tell you what is right for you in your journey, so I work with my clients to help them move in the direction(s) that are important to them in their recovery.
