My approach is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Narrative therapies from queer, feminist, and trauma-informed perspectives. I approach therapy systemically, understanding that your history, the world you experience, and your epigenetic
past all contribute to your struggles and wellbeing.
Populations I especially enjoy working with include men, couples/moresomes, queer individuals, and those who have experienced religious and military trauma.
