About
Are you wanting to understand yourself or your partner better? It can be a very lonely and isolating experience to struggle with the conflicts that arise in life. Sometimes these conflicts come from within and other times they result from the relationships that we find ourselves in. Learning to address these issues can not only be satisfying, but enriching as well.
If you and your partner come to therapy together we will figure out what is getting in the way of a satisfying relationship. If you choose to work on your relationship or individual concerns by yourself, we will develop strategies that will help you to feel better about your situation.
