I have over 15 years of experience assisting children, adolescents and, families build on their strengths.I provide couples with practical skills to help improve the intimacy and communication in relationships. I provide individuals with a safe and confidential space for gaining the insight necessary to meet their maximum potential.
While I use a variety of approaches, I primarily use both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. For young clients I rely heavily on Child Centered Play therapy. For couples I use practical Gestalt techniques. I would be happy to help you on your journey to wholeness.
