I welcome your interest in psychotherapy or psychoanalysis. In addition to being a psychologist, I am also a Jungian Psychoanalyst. I address a wide variety of issues and problems with adults. This range includes: relationships, job stress, and issues of more depth such as depression, anxiety, anger, and conflicts around spirituality and/or trauma. I imagine you are considering or seeking someone to talk with because of some dissatisfaction in your life. We begin by exploring the problem(s) you currently experience. This inevitably leads us to uncovering and exploring the hidden maladaptive patterns in your life.
This collaborative process our depth work is founded upon my belief in your innate capacity to heal and grow into your meaningful life. This means that the work we do not only relies on your outer life (relationships, conflicts, for example) but especially your "inner life".
An emphasis on your inner life requires us to be ever curious about your unconscious. We achieve exploration of your inner life through nightly dreams and your thoughts and experiences. This helps to loosen the rather stubborn patterns that have built up over your life and prevent you from moving past blockages to healing.
